After a month of discomfort and intermittently losing my hearing due to the obvious movement of ear wax, I completely lost my hearing on one side last weekend. I endured 3 days of hell.A quick GOOGLE search on Monday pointed me to DEESIDE EAR CARE and thankfully a next day appointment had my hearing back to normal with a visit to Bucksburn.Don't delay like me, just book an appointment and benefit from their ultra professional and friendly service!
I honestly cannot thank the team here enough. Went in for a standard ear wax removal only to find out a backing of an earring had been stuck there for about four weeks. Took a bit more time to get it out, but thanks to both of them they managed and saved me a trip to the hospital. Still in disbelief because I didn’t even know it was there. Also managed to unblock my ears of wax, and I can hear better than I’ve been able to hear in a long while. Team really went above and beyond. Thank you so much:)
Mark was extremely patient, explained the whole procedure and the experience was even enjoyable at times when I heard/felt the wax being sucked out of my ears. Will definitely use the service again if I need to.

Fantastic service. My ears were totally blocked and Mark had plenty of patience. When it wasn't clearing and getting sore, he said they don't normally have to ask people to come back, but as it was tender, made an out of hours appt. He took time and gave plenty of care but it still wouldn't budge. Made another appt today and after following Mark's advice about adding plenty of oil, he finally managed to clear them and the difference is amazing. Would definitely recommend.
